1. Cancellation.

To cancel your order, you can:

• Log into your account at BookflightAsap and cancel your order at ‘Manage Bookings’ (personal account).
• Email us at contact@bookflightasap.com and send a written cancellation request, stating the order/service number and describing the cancellation reason.

• After you cancel the order, you will receive a confirmation email about the cancellation.

2. Cancellation Fees and Refunds.

Your order/cancellation may be subject to cancellation fees set by the service provider(s). Refunds for canceled orders may also apply based on the terms and conditions of the service provider(s). Depending on the policies, specific to a service provider, some orders are non-refundable (including any promotional offers). Refunds for canceled orders will be returned to the original payment method within 7 (seven) business days after the cancellation date. Refunds for canceled orders are subject to banking and/or payment system processing fees.

3. Partial Cancellations.

A partial cancellation request applies to a customer who wishes to cancel only a part of their booking (e.g., a leg of a journey). Partial cancellations will be subject to cancellation fees set by the service provider(s). Refunds for canceled parts of the booking will be returned to the original payment method within 7 (seven) business days after the cancellation date.

4. No-show Definition.

A no-show situation arises when a passenger fails to arrive at the departure point (for transportation services) or attend a service without canceling the booking in advance.

5. Amendment of Bookings.

Amendments to bookings must be requested via email at contact@bookflightasap.com or by phone at +1 (800) 577-2276 Amendment requests can be subject to additional fees depending on the service provider(s). We recommend contacting our support team before making any changes to your booking.

6. Service Provider Cancellation & Refund Policies.

We act as an agent for airlines, travel agencies, hotels, vacation rentals, and other service providers. While we aim to accommodate all cancellations requests, please note that refund policies are set by airlines and other travel suppliers and may change without notice. Please review cancellation and refund conditions before booking any service(s).
